Ingredients (organic): Ceremonial grade matcha, Vanilla beans
Instructions: Add 1/2  teaspoon of LIQUID ENERGY to a cup and form a smooth paste with a little hot water. Then fill your cup with hot milk/mylk. (Optional: add your choice of sweetener). 
 
Tips: For something a little sweetener, add a dash of honey to LIQUID ENERGY.
