Created by a great friend Anna Cochrane, who owns THRIVE pilates studio in Wellington and is just as much a peanut butter and chocolate addict as I am.
1 frozen banana
1 tsp liquid Metaboost
1 scoop of vanilla protein
100-200 ml of milk/water
Toppings: Cashew nuts, goji berries and chia seeds were our choice!!
Probably the easiest thing in the world to whip up.. the hardest bit is choosing the topping!
Step 1: Grab a blender, soup blender or food processor.
Step 2: Chuck everything in
Step 3: Blitz and blend
Step 4: pour into your favourite bowl and decorate
Step 5: ENJOY!
