Liquid Balance Chocolate Caramel Protein Pancakes

These pancakes are sweet, fluffy and made with wholesome ingredients that make for a perfect breakfast or lazy morning brunch. They also couldn't be quicker to through together.

Gluten free, American style pancakes can often be rather dense and heavy, however these are the opposite. They are light and fluffy and are actually rather healthy for you.

Depending on your choice of topping, they contain approx 200 kcal per serve with 30 G protein, 5 g fat and 10 g carbohydrate, making them great for a post morning workout.



1 Blitz everything together in a blender or combine with a wooden spoon in a bowl

2 Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a pan and wait until smokin' hot.

3 Pour a third of the mix and wait until little bubbles start to paper on top

4 carefully flip the pancake over and cook for a min on the other side

5 repeat until all mix has gone and you have a stack of pancakes

6 add a dollop of skyr yoghurt, and top with fruit, nuts and a drizzle of PB

7 find a comfy spot and enjoy!
